Description
This seminar is a free-of-charge financing session on a specialized loan program for new and exisiting small businesses.
The CDC/504 Loan Program is a fixed riate, long-term financing tool for economic development within a community. SBA works with certified development companies and lenders to provide small business requiring "brick and mortar" financing to acquire major fixed assets for expansion or modernization such as purchasing land and improvements; construction of new facilities or modernizing, renovating, or converting existing facilities; or purshasing long-term machinery and equipment.
