The City of Schertz established the Hal Baldwin Scholarship Program in 2008 in recognition of Mayor Baldwin’s service to the community as well as his work in both city and school government. The scholarship was established as an annual essay and interview competition with the expressed purpose of motivating students to pursue leadership roles in civic government. Bring your best foursome and help raise funds for deserving Schertz high school students interested in learning about public service! The 7th Annual Hal Baldwin Scholarship Golf Tournament will be held Friday, November 3, 2017 at Olympia Hills Golf & Conference Center. The tournament raises funds for the scholarship program. Tournament information: 8:00 AM Registration/Check-in 10:00 AM Tee-Off (Shotgun start) Registration: $75.00 per player until October 27, 2017 Sponsor levels: $3,000.00 – $1,500.00 – $750.00 – $300.00 ***Sponsors may place business items in goodie bags*** Download registration packets at Schertz.com
